We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express. For standard in-stock products, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination. For customized or made-to-order items, production lead time is additional. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Every XbayChip product comes with free lifetime technical support. This includes access to datasheets, schematics, BSP source code, and driver packages. Our engineers are available via email and WhatsApp to assist with integration, debugging, and troubleshooting. For complex projects, we also offer paid on-site support and extended warranty packages.

All standard XbayChip products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective unit free of charge. Extended warranty options of up to 36 months are available for selected product lines. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for volume orders. Discounts begin at quantities of 10 units and increase progressively for orders of 50, 100, and 500+ units. For large-scale or ongoing production runs, we can establish a customized pricing agreement with locked-in rates. Please contact our sales team with your expected volume for a detailed quote.

For standard products, lead time is generally 1 to 2 weeks. For customized SOM/SBC designs, the typical timeline from requirement confirmation to prototype delivery is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity. Full PCBA turnkey projects with custom PCB layouts usually take 6 to 10 weeks. We will provide a detailed project schedule during the quotation phase so you know exactly what to expect.

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For new customers, we typically require 100% advance payment for sample orders. For bulk and custom production orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. Specific payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.

Absolutely. We encourage customers to evaluate samples before committing to volume orders. Sample units are available for most standard products at the listed unit price. In some cases, the sample cost can be credited toward your subsequent bulk order. Contact our sales team to arrange a sample shipment.

Yes. XbayChip products are designed and manufactured under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Our boards undergo rigorous testing for temperature (-40°C to 85°C), vibration, and electromagnetic compatibility. Selected products also carry CE and RoHS compliance certifications.
